  1. Q: What type of method of payment do you accept?
    A: We accept
    • payment through PayPal (credit card and bank account). If you pay from bank account, send to "mangafish@yahoo.com.tw" If you pay with credit card, send to "houkelly@hotmail.com"
    • Cash through registered mail. Paper bills only. No coins and no refund for overpayment will be provided.


  2. Q: Is there any type of service charge I need to pay if I use paypal?
    A: No, there is no service charge in addition to the total quoted in your invoice. However, we would appreciate it if you could pay from your bank account through PayPal, because PayPal charges us fees for credit card payments

  3. When do you expect my payment? from the day I sent you the order?
    A: We expect to receive your payment within 3 days of receiving the invoice e-mail noting "Thank you for your purchase..."

  4. Q: I don't have a Paypal account. Is there any other way I can send you the payment?
    A: Sure, you can send us cash through register mail. Please

  5. Q: Can we send you an American bank money order, American postal money order, personal check, etc. as payment?
    A: No, we cannot accept such payments. American money orders take 30 days to clear. American postal money orders or personal checks cannot be redeemed at Canadian banks

  1. Q: I don't have a PayPal account. How long does it take to become a registered user?
    A: It may take 4~30 days to set up your PayPal account. PayPal requires you to verify your account sign-up with a code listed in your credit card statement. If you can check your account online, you will not need to wait for your credit card bill

  2. Q: Is there any service charge for using paypal?
    A: No, there is no charge to you for sending money via PayPal. However, we would appreciate it if you could pay from your bank account through PayPal, because PayPal charges us fees for credit card payments

    A: Internationally, the shipping cost varies by country. Please read the following FAQ

      A: Yes, we can. We can ship internationally.



    • Q: I paid for my purchase. When will you ship my orders?
      A: Your purchase items will be shipped within 3 working business days after payment confirmation

    • Q: I won your listed auction item on eBay. Can you combine shipping?
      A: Yes, we will gladly combine shipping for you to save you money. However, we will still expect to receive your payment within 3 days of receiving the invoice for each item

    1. Q: Help! I used your shopping cart system and clicked the Submit bottom by accident. What should I do?
      A: You should immediately
      e-mail us and let us know. Also, don't forget to include your invoice # so that we know which is your order

    2. Q: Help! How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?
      A: Simply change the item quantity to zero and press "recalculate"

    3. Q: I have never used a shopping cart system. What should I do?
      A: Please read our step-by-step shopping cart usage guide under online order process
    4. Q: Is it secure to send my credit card information through your shopping cart?
      A: Never send your credit card information to us. We will never request it from you

    5. Q: Can you hold an item for me?
      A: No. We do not hold any items for customers

    6. Q: Can I cancel l my order? Can I pay at a later date?
      A: No, you cannot cancel your order. If you place an order and can't pay within 3 days, all of your future orders will be cancelled without advance notification
