• Our store (staff and inventory) is physically located in Toronto, Canada
• Occasionally, we will post some items for auction at eBay. Feel free to check out our eBay auctions if you are interested

About Our Products

• Our products are mostly second-hand goods unless otherwise noted on the description page
• All goods are in good condition. Please look carefully at the item description.
• Our products are mostly doujinshis (yaoi, non yaoi), cd (yaoi, non yaoi), or other anime/manga goods
• We try to accommodate a wide variety of interests among customers in search of good doujinshi. If we don't have what you want, please e-mail us. Although there is no guarantee we can locate it for you or notify you individually, we will keep your interests in mind for future updates
• In 99% of cases, there is only one in stock available for each item. This is because doujinshi is not produced in mass, and popular doujinshi is extremely difficult to come by

• We will try to answer your question/inquiry very quickly, but we are only human and need to eat, rest and read manga books... so please allow us 48 hours to reply to your email

Our Mission

• Our mission is to serve those who have passion for Japanese popular culture, such as doujinshi, music cd, books and other goods
• Our founder and business partner is an otaku who understands the pain (both in effort and wallet) of searching for the stuff we love, especially when you are not in Japan
• We want to help people find the items they are looking for and perhaps introduce some items that are interesting and inspiring but unfortunately are not in the favour of the mainstream currently
• Because our operation is located in Toronto/Canada, we can deliver the goods to our North American customers in a timely and cost-effective manner
• We will try to accommodated other international customers as well, by providing different shipping options (surface or air)

Security /Shopping Cart Issues

• Our shopping cart system is an easy-to-use online shopping tool. Basically, it records the items you ordered and sends them to us via form e-mail
• We will never ask for your credit card information. Do NOT send or e-mail your credit card information to us
• Privacy: Your private information such as e-mail and mailing addresses are kept strictly confidential. We will never disclose them to any third party individuals or companies
• Payment security: At this point, we only accept PayPal as a method of payment. PayPal is a secure, fast and easy online payment service
